ShinyEevee is a retired flipnote artist, usually coming back time to time posting stuff as she pleases. She used to be big back in 2009-10, However in early 2011 she decided she wanted to quit. In 2012 she got her wish, as She was transferred to a new foster home with no internet. Forcing herself to do what she wanted. She also likes My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
