A collaboration (or collab for short) is when two or more people get together to create or do something. On Flipnote Hatena, collabs are very common.
Types of Collaborations[]
Music Video Collaboration[]
Usually shortened to MV Collab, this type of Flipnote is when a certain user creates a Flipnote and then different users download and animate their parts of the collab (usually where their name is placed). Then the creator can copy and paste all the parts together and post it as one Music Video.
Comedy Collaboration[]
Similar to the MV Collab, using the style of comedy Flipnotes. These were less common than MV Collabs, but were popularised in February 2013 when users Birdie BAI and Mr. Zer0 did a collaboration featuring audio from "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy."
